PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remolding food-manufacturing apparatus capable of reducing manufacturing costs and improving appearance of remolding food, and to provide a remolding food-manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A remolding food-manufacturing apparatus includes: a plurality of reservoirs 21 where a liquid material containing food materials formed in liquid and solidification materials which solidifies the food materials by being heated can be pooled; pumps 24 which are provided on the reservoirs 21, respectively, and can forcibly feed the liquid material; transfer pipes 26 which are connected to the reservoirs 21, respectively; heating devices 13 which are provided on the transfer pipes 26, and heat and solidify the liquid materials forcibly fed by the pumps 24; cooling devices 14 which are provided on the transfer pipes 26 and are positioned at secondary sides of the heating devices 13, and cool the liquid materials solidified by the heating devices 13. |
