PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a terminal device of high-quality monitoring information with little radio wave interference from a plurality of monitoring camera devices.SOLUTION: A monitoring and notification system gives a notification based on a result of monitoring a monitoring object with respect to a notification destination. The monitoring and notification system includes: image pickup means of picking up an image for monitoring the monitoring object; transmission means of transmitting monitoring information acquired by the image pickup means to a monitoring system master machine; and master machine transmission means of transmitting the monitoring information from the monitoring system master machine to a terminal device. The monitoring system master machine can transmit the monitoring information to the plurality of terminal devices to be a notification destination by the master machine transmission means.
