PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording device capable of suppressing the cutting and the like of a recorded medium when a medium supporting portion slides, and downsizing the medium supporting portion in a sliding direction.SOLUTION: A recording device 1 includes: a housing 10 which has a recording portion 12 for recording on a recorded medium (R3), and a first medium path 30 through which the recorded medium (R3) passes; and a medium supporting portion (50) which has a second medium path 60 connecting to the first medium path 30 and through which the recorded medium (R3) passes, and is slidably provided on the housing 10. An opening 30a of the first medium path 30 and an opening 60a of the second medium path 60 are formed on a slide surface P1 between the housing 10 and the medium supporting portion (50). A side disconnecting the connection from the first medium path 30 to the second medium path 60 in the slide direction D1 of the medium supporting portion (50) is made to be a slide direction one side (D2). A wall portion 31 of the slide direction one side (D2) of the first medium path 30, and a wall portion 62 of the slide direction the other side (D3) of the second medium path 60 do not interfere with each other when the medium supporting portion (50) slides. |
