<p>When counter electromotive force, generated by inductive load, is applied on a drain of a switching element, there is a case that a gate of the switching element draws a gate electric potential toward the opposite side of an original electric potential by combined capacities of the drain and the gate of the switching element and thus malfunction occurs. To prevent the case, a switching element for drawing in the counter direction is formed, and the switching element is controlled to be turned on when the counter electromotive force is applied.</p> |
