PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device which achieves excellent waterproofness with a simple structure, and to provide a display device.SOLUTION: A lighting device 1 includes: a translucent member 2 including a lens part 21 having an incidence surface 21a into which light enters and emission surfaces 21b, 21c which diffuse the light entering into the incident surface 21a to emit the light to the exterior, the translucent member 2 including the same cross section shape over a longitudinal direction; a substrate 3 disposed in the translucent member 2 along the longitudinal direction; and an LED module 30 which is mounted on the substrate 3 and emits light to the incidence surface 21a of the translucent member 2. |
