PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for sharing files stored in a server apparatus between users of communication apparatuses on the basis of geographically adjacent relation of the communication apparatuses without disclosing user's personal information.SOLUTION: A user terminal #1 encrypts transmitting source information indicating a transmitting source of a file to be shared and broadcasts the encrypted information to another adjacent terminal together with information of the file to be shared. When the other user terminal #2 acquires the file indicated by the file information, the user terminal #2 transmits a file acquisition request including the received file information and the encrypted information to a file controller 2. The file controller 2 accesses a cloud server 1 instead of the user terminals #1, #2 on the basis of information obtained by decrypting the encrypted information included in the received file acquisition request and the file information, acquires the file and stores the acquired file in a directory to which the user 2 of the user terminal #2 is allocated on the cloud server 1.
