PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor that allows temperature detection with high accuracy and excellent responsiveness when detecting a temperature by making the sensor to contact with a heating roller and the like.SOLUTION: The temperature sensor includes a pair of lead frames 2, a sensor part 3, a holding part 4, and a pair of supporting frames 12. The sensor part includes: an insulation film 6; a thin film thermistor 7; a pair of interdigital electrodes; a pair of pattern electrodes 9 having one end connected to the interdigital electrodes and the other end connected to the lead frames at an end of the insulation film. The insulation film is bridged across top surfaces of the pair of lead frames via between undersurfaces of the pair of supporting frames. Tips 2a of the pair of lead frames are folded back overlapping over both ends of the insulation film, and tips and base end sides of a pair of the pair of lead frames are caulked together with both ends sandwiched therebetween. Tip sides of the pair of supporting frames extend with the thin film thermistor interposed therebetween. |
