PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner surface inspection device capable of determining a state where an imaging unit can be inserted into an object even when a lance vibrates.SOLUTION: An inner surface inspection device comprises: an imaging section 20 that images an object inner surface facing the inner space of an object in a direction of advance to and retraction from the inner space of the object; a lance section 30 that supports the imaging section 20 and relatively advances to and retracts from the inner space of the object; a vibration detection sensor 35 that detects vibration of the lance section 30; and a vibration determination section 40 that determines whether or not there is abnormality on the basis of a vibration pattern of the lance section 30.
