PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sulfur-containing nickel powder suitable as an internal electrode for a laminate ceramic capacitor and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The provided method for manufacturing a sulfur-containing nickel powder includes (A) a step of preparing, by mixing a salt of a metal nobler than nickel with a protective colloid agent and a sulfide having a reducing function, an aqueous colloid solution in which composite colloid particles are dispersed and (B) a step of depositing a sulfur-containing nickel powder by mixing, with the aqueous colloid solution, a complexing agent, an alkaline substance, a reductant, and an aqueous nickel salt solution; a method for manufacturing a sulfur-containing nickel powder in which the sulfide having the reducing function includes at least one selected from among sodium hydrogensulfide, ammonium hydrogensulfide, sodium sulfide, and ammonium sulfide or in which the salt of a metal nobler than nickel includes at least either palladium salt or a silver salt is also provided. |
