PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling liquid composition by either or both of increasing kinetic viscosity of the cooling liquid composition just after operation of devices and reducing kinetic viscosity of the cooling liquid composition during a steady operation for making operation of the devices smooth.SOLUTION: There is provided a cooling liquid composition containing alkyl ether represented by the formula (1), alkyl ether represented by the formula (2), and water and/or water-soluble organic solvent. R-O-An-H (1), where Rrepresents a 8 to 30C aliphatic hydrocarbon group, A represents ethylene oxide and/or propylene oxide, n represents an average addition mole number of ethylene oxide and/or propylene oxide and n is 3 to 18. R-O-Bm-H (2), where Rrepresents a 8 to 30C aliphatic hydrocarbon group, B represents ethylene oxide and/or propylene oxide, m represents an average addition mole number of ethylene oxide and/or propylene oxide and m is 30 or more. |
