<p>PURPOSE:To improve the sealing property, durability and vibration control characteristic by forming a seal member having the excellent heat resistance and ozone resistance on the surface of a fixture after electrodeposition. CONSTITUTION:A strut mount is formed of an inner cylindrical body, an outer cylindrical body 2, an elastic body for connecting both the cylindrical bodies, an annular fitting flange 4, which is projected from the outer cylindrical body 5 outward in the radial direction and connected to the lower surface of a car body panel 6, and an annular seal member 5 fixed to the top surface of the annular fitting flange 4. The car body panel 6 is formed with an annular opening 61. An inner peripheral flange surface 41a, an outer peripheral flange surface 43a and an upward taper surface 42a for forming a recessed stage part 44 between both the flange surfaces are formed on the top surface of the fitting flange over the whole of a circumference thereof, and the seal member 5 made of silicon rubber is fixed to the upward taper surface 42a. A downward taper surface 62a, which is positioned opposite to the upward taper surface 42a to pinch the seal member, is formed at the inner peripheral edge of the opening over the whole of the circumference. Liquid type silicon rubber at a predetermined viscosity is injected from a nozzle for coating, rotating the fitting flange, thereafter, the silicon rubber is solidified and hardened to form a seal member.</p> |
