PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical receiver module which reduces peaking and dipping etc. and has high quality transmission characteristics as well as high speed transmission capacity.SOLUTION: An optical receiver module includes: a light receiving element which converts a received optical signal into an electric signal; a bias pad which is included in the light receiving element and/or a carrier and to which bias supply is supplied; a resistive thin film which is disposed contacting with the bias pad so as to be connected in parallel with the bias pad and has electric resistance larger than the bias pad; and an amplifier which amplifies the electric signal. |
