PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately perform spectrum analysis of a millimeter-wave band higher than 100 GHz.SOLUTION: A millimeter-wave band spectrum analysis device inputs an input signal Sx included in a first frequency band of a millimeter-wave band higher than 100 GHz into a millimeter-wave band filter 20, in which a pair of electric wave half mirrors 30A, 30B are arranged facing each other in a wave guide 21 and which shows a resonance action, and extracts a signal component Sa corresponding to its resonance frequency to convert it into a second frequency band by mixing it with a first local signal L1 having a fixed frequency. The converted signal component Sb is converted into a predetermined intermediate frequency band by being mixed with a second local signal L2 of which a frequency is swept, and is applied with level detection. The millimeter-wave band filter 20 has high selection characteristics in a frequency area higher than 100 GHz, can change its pass center frequency in accordance with the change of an electrical length between the electric wave half mirrors 30A, 30B. A control unit 120 changes the pass center frequency of the millimeter-wave band filter 20 in accordance with the sweeping of the second local signal L2. |
