PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device which considers different opening/closing frequencies and safety requirements among opening/closing members and appropriately determines the existence of a foreign matter pinched by each of the opening/closing members.SOLUTION: A motor ECU 15 that determines the existence of a foreign matter pinched by an opening/closing member stores thresholds preset for the existence of a pinched foreign matter, and determines the existence of a pinched foreign matter by comparing changes in the rotational speed, if the rotational speed of a motor 14 for driving a regulator 11 changes, with the thresholds. The criteria stored in the above mentioned motor ECU15 vary depending on the installation locations, in the vehicle, of the opening/closing members that are determined by the motor ECU15 for the existence of a pinched foreign matter. |
