<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component mounting method capable of suppressing errors resulting from backlash with simple control when rotation positioning of components is performed.SOLUTION: Prior to performing component recognition for recognizing electronic components P which are suction-held by suction nozzles 25 by photographing the suction nozzles 25, from below, which are in a state of suction-holding the electronic components P, the suction nozzles 25 are rotated by a predetermined angleΔθin a counterclockwise direction (a first rotation direction) around nozzle shafts so that center direction lines CL of the electronic components P are positioned in a state of being shifted to the counterclockwise direction from base direction lines BL. On the basis of rotating position deviation detection results of the components, detected by the component recognition in such a state, the suction nozzles 25 are always rotated in a clockwise direction (a second rotation direction) around the nozzle shafts so as to position rotation positions of the electronic components P at a predetermined mounting angle.</p> |
