The present invention relates to a composition for a mask pack containing a callus extract of edelweiss or Opuntia humifusa. More specifically, according to the present invention, the composition includes 87-91 parts by weight of purified water and 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of a callus culture extract of edelweiss or Opuntia humifusa. The composition has effects of activating skin cells, reducing skin wrinkles, and anti-oxidation.
