PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag-making machine the entire parts of which can be manufactured at low cost with high stability by moving a seal part and a cooling part by a simple constitution to correct the positions of these seal part and cooling part.SOLUTION: The present bag-making machine comprises a plurality of support parts (support members 52 and 54) for supporting a seal part (a seal unit 42) for sealing a plurality of layers of belt-like films W or a cooling part (a cooling unit 44) for cooling the plurality of layers of belt-like films W sealed by the seal part. The bag-making machine is provided with a power transmission part (a power transmission mechanism 50) for moving the respective support parts along the longitudinal direction of the film W by power imparted from an external part, and the power transmission part synchronously moves these support parts so that the distance between the respective support parts becomes uniform. |
