The present invention relates to a system and a method for recognizing speech in a user terminal. A method according to the present invention includes a step of transmitting voice data which a first user terminal obtains from a second user terminal to a voice recognition server and a step of transmitting a recognition result with regard to the voice data received from the voice recognition sever to the second user terminal. According to the present invention, a voice recognition process can be performed by communicating with the first user terminal accessible to the voice recognition server without the direct access of the second user terminal to the voice recognition server. |
