<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable customer information on lodgers to be checked without troublesome work or complexities.SOLUTION: A customer information checkup system 1 comprises an authentication device 2 into which lodging information on lodgers is stored when each lodger checks in at a lodging facility; a mat type reader 3 that is installed in the lodging facility and acquires lodging information from the authentication device 2 by human body communication with the authentication device 2 carried by a lodger functioning as the communication medium; a managing server 5 that manages as a database customer information on each lodger including lodging information on the lodger; and an information checking terminal device 4 having a function to call up from the database and display customer information matching the lodging information acquired by the mat type reader 3.</p> |
