The present invention relates to a flare nut assembly and an air conditioner including the same. The flare nut assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention, in a flare nut assembly connecting a connecting pipe and a socket part, comprises a flare nut having an inner circumferential surface where the connecting pipe and the socket part are inserted; and a packing member coupled with one sideof the flare nut, preventing introduction of foreign substances. The flare nut includes a socket coupling part equipped with a socket inserting hole where the socket part is inserted and a flare corresponding part combined with a flare part of the connecting pipe; a packing member inserting hole extended from the socket coupling part and to which the packing member is inserted; and a packing coupling part having a packing coupling surface combined with at least some of the packing member.
