PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for an antistatic release agent excellent in terms of both antistatic capacity and releasability.SOLUTION: The composition of the present invention for an antistatic release agent comprises: a releasable component including an ultraviolet-curable organopolysiloxane and a photopolymerization initiator; an electroconductive component including a composite of a &pgr;-conjugated electroconductive polymer and a polyanion; and an organic solvent. The content of the electroconductive component with respect to 100 pts.mass of the releasable component is 0.3-300 pts.mass. One or more types of amine compounds selected from the group consisting of secondary amines, tertiary amines, and quaternary ammonium salts are coordinated or coupled, as pairing ions, with partial anionic groups of the polyanion. The amine compound includes one or more substituents selected from the group consisting of alkyl groups having 4 or more carbon atoms, aryl groups, aralkyl groups, alkylene groups, arylene groups, aralkylene groups, and oxyalkylene groups. |
