PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contract support apparatus suggesting utilization of a roof or a rooftop.SOLUTION: The contract support server calculates an estimated power selling amount during a contract term on the basis of a lease contract condition presented by a lessor, determines a lease price on the basis of the estimated power selling amount which is calculated, and determines an offered object offered in consideration of the lease within the scope of the determined lease price. The contract server also calculates each lessor's degree of contribution to a decrease of carbon dioxide emission on the basis of electric energy generated on a leased roof, etc. and an ecological object offered by a lessee, and announces a ranking of the lessors at fixed intervals on the basis of the calculated degree of contribution. |
