PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inspecting a lithium ion secondary battery capable of accurately selecting a defective lithium ion secondary battery in an aging process, and a method for manufacturing the lithium ion secondary battery.SOLUTION: In this method for inspecting a lithium ion secondary battery, determination is made that a lithium ion secondary battery whose voltage difference &Dgr;V2 which is a reduction amount of battery voltage in second aging is equal to or greater than a threshold for the voltage difference &Dgr;V2 is defective. As the threshold for the voltage difference &Dgr;V2, a lower value is used in correspondence to an increase in a voltage difference &Dgr;V1 which is a reduction amount of battery voltage in first aging prior to the second aging. |
