PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens processing device characterized by fixing means and fixing release means of a lens to be processed, especially, to provide lens fixing means preferable for a lens processing device having a structure to measure misalignment of the lens on a pedestal by an optical instrument.SOLUTION: A lens L to be processed is fixed on a rotatable pedestal 1 by a freezing chuck method. The lens fixing means comprises: a fixing agent supply device 16 for supplying a freezing fixing agent g by a constant amount to the pedestal 1 which is stopped or is rotating; and cooling/heating means for cooling and heating the lens L mounted on the pedestal 1, then cooling and freezing, and heating and melting the freezing fixing agent g for fixing and releasing fixing of the lens L. |
