PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly move a seal ring to a position for sealing a clearance.SOLUTION: In a seal structure, a seal ring 40 having a width Wx smaller than a width W of a recessed groove 13 of a support part 10 opened in a clearance S between the support part 10 and a wall part 21 is installed in the recessed groove 13 so that an outer peripheral face 45 of the seal ring is brought into pressure contact with the wall part 21. When working fluid pressure flows into the recessed groove 13 via the clearance S, the seal ring 40 is moved to a position where a side face 44 on the side opposite to the inflow side of the working fluid pressure is brought into pressure contact with a side wall part 14 of the recessed groove 13, so as to inhibit inflow of the working fluid pressure to a clearance Sa on the downstream side of the recessed groove 13. A projecting part 42 having a thickness L2 smaller than a thickness La of the seal ring 40 in the depth direction of the recessed groove 13 is installed on a side face 43 on the inflow side of the working fluid pressure of a base part 41 of the seal ring 40. A side face 422 of the projecting part 42 located on the opening side (clearance S side) of the recessed groove 13 serves as a pressure receiving face of the working fluid pressure flowing into the recessed groove 13. |
