<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of improving detection accuracy of a detection target image.SOLUTION: A binarization processing part 5 generates a binarized map by binarizing an output value map generated in a map generation part 4 by using a threshold. A circular area extraction part 8 extracts a circular area from a first area in the binarized map generated by using the threshold, of which the detection accuracy value in the output value map is larger than the threshold or which corresponds to an area larger than the threshold. A threshold adjustment part 7 adjusts the threshold on the basis of: a first evaluation value indicating an overlap area between the circular area extracted from the first area of the binarized map in the circular area extraction part 8 and the first area; and a second evaluation value indicating an overlap area between the circular area and another circular area extracted from the first area in the circular area extraction part 8.</p> |
