PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile shredder dust separation apparatus enabling suppression of a facility cost, easy installation and efficient separation of earth, glass and the like attached to ASR containing substantial amount of moisture.SOLUTION: A separation apparatus 1 includes: an introduction port 3 for introducing automobile shredder dust ASR; a rotary vane 6, attached to a rotary shaft 5 disposed horizontally inside a cylindrical body 2, for knocking off attachments (earth glass S, metal M) of the ASR introduced into the body through the introduction port; a discharge rotor 8, disposed on the rotary shaft, for discharging from a discharge port 10 the ASR after the attachment being knocked off by the rotary vane; and a screen device (a screen) 9 disposed below the rotary vane. Also provided are: a classification device (a cyclone) 11 for classifying the ASR discharged from the discharge port; a solid-air separation device (a cyclone) 12 for recovering the ASR classified by the classification device and transported with air; and an attraction fan 13 for attracting air toward downstream of the solid-air separation device. |
