<p>Forging tool system for producing of bearing rings is composed of a rotating pressing mandrel and a matrix with an rotating aperture, which are clamped in the pressing device. The pressing mandrel (2) and the matrix (1) are arranged in one axis whereby the pressing mandrel (2) having the first shoulder (2a) of its bottom, on which connects a outer rotating surface (2b) with a curve and ending at the outer shoulder (2c), where behind this shoulder (2c) followed an another area (2d), for example for clamping the pressing mandrel (2) into the pressing device. It is described also a blank for producing bearing rings in a jig, which has a disc shape with through-hole (3b) in the middle, while bases (3.1, 3.2) of this disc are conically shaped.</p> |
