<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pin type retainer capable of rigidly binding a pin and a ring, and improving assembling accuracy by a simple assembling operation, and an assembling method thereof.SOLUTION: The pin type retainer comprises: a pair of rings 2, 3 isolated from each other in an axial direction; and pins 4 at several portions in circumferential directions of both of the rings 2, 3. Through holes 21 for inserting ends of the pins 4 are provided at several portions in the circumferential direction of the first ring 2, and an inner peripheral tapered face 23 whose diameter gradually gets larger inward from a middle in the axial direction is formed on the through hole 21. An outer peripheral tapered face 41 whose diameter gradually gets smaller toward a tip is formed at one end of the pin 4. Regarding the first ring 2 and the pin 4, one end of the pin 4 is inserted in the through hole 21, and the inner peripheral tapered face 23 is fitted with the outer tapered face 41. An inner periphery of the through hole 21 and one end face of the pin 4 are jointed and fixed by welding, and screw holes 31 are provided at several portions in the circumferential direction of the second ring 3. A screw shaft part 44 formed at the other end of the pin 4 is screwed with the screw hole 31.</p> |
