<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly method of a rotation braking device allowing magnetic viscous fluid to be enclosed therein, capable of filling magnetic viscous fluid into a gap between plates easily in a shorter time than heretofore without requiring a high-cost device, even in the rotation braking device in which the gap between the plates for torque transmission is small and the plates are composed of a multi-layer structure.SOLUTION: In an assembly method, in relation to a rotor 2 and an outer circumferential ring 3 which are freely relatively rotatably arranged around an axial line to each other, structures obtained by connecting one edge parts of support shafts 9, in which a plurality of protrusions 91 are formed at intervals in the longitudinal direction, axially rotatably by a plurality of shafts respectively while leaving intervals in the circumferential direction around the axial line N as a center are used. Therein, respective plates 4, 5 are arranged such that the protrusions 91 of the support shafts 9 exist between the respective plates 4, 5, the support shafts 9 are axially rotated such that the positions on shaft circumference of the protrusions 91 are differentiated from the positions of notches 43a, 53a, and magnetic viscous fluid is caused to flow between the plates 4, 5.</p> |
