PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle charger capable of charging batteries even on a low voltage battery with insufficient capacity when charging a high voltage battery and a low voltage battery by using a charge cable starting power supply to an on-vehicle charger on the basis of a state of voltage of a pulse signal previously sent to the on-vehicle charger.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle charger 100 includes: a charge control ECU 10 that operates on the power supplied from a low voltage battery 16 to control the charge operation; an S2 switch controlled to turn ON/OFF by the charge control ECU 10 to reduce the voltage of the pulse signal when the switch is ON; and a switch SW 1 which is controlled by other than the charge control ECU 10 to reduce the voltage of the pulse signal when the switch is ON. When the switch SW 1 is turned ON, the power from the charge cable 200 is supplied to the low voltage battery 16 or the charge control ECU 10. |
