a projection unit that projects predetermined information on a transparent display panel by superimposing on a background that is visible to a user viewing the transparent display panel placed in front of a line of sight of the user; three light sources that emit lights of differing colors onto the transparent display panel, wherein one of the three light sources is a predetermined light source; a camera that detects a background color that is visible when viewing the transparent display panel; and a controller that controls a display of the predetermined information using a display color in correspondence to the background color detected by the camera, using a light source other than the predetermined light source when the predetermined light source is no longer able to emit a desired light. |
