Disclosed is a modular ocean energy power generation device, comprising an outer frame, at least four inner frames and at least four hydro-generator modules, wherein the at least four inner frames are separately arranged in the outer frame, and the at least four hydro-generator modules are respectively arranged in the at least four inner frames. The modular ocean energy power generation device of the present invention is provided with at least four built-in modules, and the hydro-generator modules are arranged in an array mode. By arranging the inner frames and the outer frame which can be separated, modular assembly can be achieved, and the maintenance and installation costs are greatly reduced.
