(a) generating biodegradable, synthetic nanofibers; (b) processing the nanofibers to generate nanofiber fragments; (c) combining a void forming material with the nanofiber fragments; (d) compressing the nanofiber fragments; and (e) heating the nanofiber fragments to generate a porous nanofibrous tissue scaffold. |
