<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cooling and heating device that mitigates temperature variations in a space throughout the year, and consequently reduces the energy consumed by other heating devices and other cooling devices and contributes to energy conservation. A first thermal energy storing body and a second thermal energy storing body respectively have a first and a second main surface that are floor surfaces that delimit an indoor space, and thermal energy accumulated by heat exchange with the air passing through the interior of the first and second thermal energy storing bodies is transferred to the indoor space through the first and second main surfaces respectively. For the latent thermal energy storing material of the first thermal energy storing body, a material with a phase change temperature lower than the latent thermal energy storing material of the second thermal energy storing body is used. The first thermal energy storing body is disposed in an area exposed to solar radiation in winter, and the second thermal energy storing body is disposed in an area not exposed to solar radiation in summer. A control device controls the flow of air passing through the interior of the first thermal energy storing body and the second thermal energy storing body.</p> |
