<p>Disclosed is a method of adjusting the weight of a sole, which provides a combined structure mainly comprising an insole having a hollow pouch body structure and a granular filling body having flow characteristics. The insole having a hollow pouch body structure comprises an upper surface, a lower surface and side surfaces delimiting the pouch body structure thereof, and can further comprise a recess having a support face and used to delimit the architectural characteristics of the pouch body, and the recess can be provided inside the hollow pouch body structure. For the granular filling body having flow characteristics, the form of the individual grains can be particles of any geometric shape reducing the mutual friction force, the material thereof can be a material having a weight, such as metal, non-metal, plastic, rubber, ceramic or glass, and when provided inside the insole having a hollow pouch body structure, the flow characteristics thereof are sufficient to generate a function of dispersing the counteracting force of the sole of a wearer, and the number and positions of the individual grains provided in the hollow pouch body structure determine the weight of the sole and the properties of the counteracting force when making contact with the ground.</p> |
