<p>The development of novel agricultural and horticultural pesticides is desired because of factors such as ongoing large damage due to pests and the like in agriculture, horticulture, and other such crop production, the emergence of pests resistant to existing chemicals, and the like. The invention provides an agricultural and horticultural pesticide having as an active ingredient a condensed heterocyclic compound represented by general formula (I) [in the formula, A1,A2, and A3 represent CH groups, R1 represents an alkyl group, R2 represents a hydrogen atom or haloalkyl group, R3 represents a hydrogen atom, halogen atom, or cyano group, R4 and R6 represent hydrogen atoms, R5 represents a haloalkyl group, R7 represents an alkyl group, and m represents 0, 1, or 2] or salts thereof and a method for use thereof.</p> |
