PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make compatible high light permeability and high conductivity.SOLUTION: An organic electroluminescent display device comprises: a bank 36 provided to surround a center part of a pixel electrode 32; an organic electroluminescent layer 38 provided on the pixel electrode 32; a common electrode 42 formed from a surface of the organic electroluminescent layer 38 to a surface of the bank 36; a color filter 46 overlapped on the organic electroluminescent layer 38; a black matrix layer 50 overlapped with the bank 36; a spacer 52 provided in the black matrix layer 50; and wiring 54 provided in the black matrix layer 50 so as to be mounted on the spacer 52. The black matrix layer 50 is disposed on the bank 36 via the spacer 52. The wiring 54 is mounted on the spacer 52 to form a protrusion 56, and the protrusion 56 is electrically connected with the common electrode 42 at an upper side of the bank 36.
