PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device capable of manufacturing a wire with a crimp terminal in which a distal end portion of a covered conductor is surely sealed.SOLUTION: The manufacturing device comprises: a terminal jig 11 for positioning a tubular terminal T including an opening Te capable of inserting a core wire LO within a covered conductor L in an insertion direction X; a wire jig 12 for positioning the covered conductor L of which the core wire LO is exposed in a distal end portion L1; a conveyer part 13 for conveying the wire jig 12 in the insertion direction X and guiding the covered conductor L held by the wire jig 12 to the opening Te; a position detection part 14 for detecting that a terminal position L2 of the covered conductor L guided to the opening Te is guided to an origin position X0; an insertion control part 15 for controlling conveying operation of the conveyer part 13 and guiding the terminal position L2 from the origin position X0 to an insertion position X1; and a caulking and crimping part 16 for caulking and crimping the tubular terminal T in which the terminal position L2 of the covered conductor L is inserted to the insertion position X1.
