<p>Provided is a liquid-cooled cooling apparatus having a heat pipe for which it is possible to perform stable movement of operating liquid regardless of magnitude of temperature difference between a heat-dissipating portion and a condensing portion of the heat pipe. A heat sink (10) of a cooling apparatus is provided with a heat pipe (11), a heat-receiving member (12), and a heat-dissipating member (13). The heat pipe (11) is of a structure in which a wick (42) is disposed within a container (41), and capillary force of the wick (evaporation portion wick) (42a) in an evaporation portion (21) is greater than capillary force of the wick (condensing portion wick) (42b) in a condensing portion (22).</p> |
