<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output more monitor signals while suppressing the number of terminals of an integrated circuit.SOLUTION: In an image processing device 1, a controller ASIC 5 as its integrated circuit has a plurality of functional modules 12a-12d, which perform various processes on image data and output process signals. In the controller ASIC 5, first compression circuits 13a-13d receive predetermined internal signals from the functional modules 12a-12d as monitor signals, and compress the internal signals by first compression algorithm so as to generate first compressed data. In the controller ASIC 5, a second compression circuit 14 compresses the respective first compressed data generated by the first compression circuits 13a-13d by second compression algorithm to generate second compression data, and a debugging I/F 15 outputs the second compression data generated by the second compression circuit 14 to the outside.</p> |
