A cosmetic composition according to the present invention includes an acryl-based polymer, accordingly a powder component is stably combined, and thus excellent mouldability is provided. Specifically, the cosmetic composition according to the present invention is capable of stably including a large amount of a powder component such as a spherical powder, and also, provides excellent mouldability as the spherical shape can be maintained due to excellent elasticity possessed by an acryl-based polymer even if a pressure is applied during making the cosmetic composition into a compact form.
