PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an optimal operational state by easily dealing with fluctuation in an operation condition in simple configuration and process and improving a distribution property of reaction gas and a drainage property.SOLUTION: A power generation unit 12 forming a fuel cell 10 comprises a first metal separator 14, a first electrolytic film/electrode structure 16a, a second metal separator 18, a second electrolytic film/electrode structure 16b and a third metal separator 20. In a first resin frame member 58 of the first electrolytic film/electrode structure 16a, an inlet buffer part 68 is provided and between an emboss portion 69a of the inlet buffer part 68a and the neighboring second metal separator 18, a gap is provided. |
