PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film packaging material for a battery which can be hardened in a short time, and further prevent detachment of a slipping agent, and in which a slip-coating layer having excellent slipping effect is provided on a surface of a base material layer.SOLUTION: In a packaging material for a battery composing of a laminate having at least a slip-coating layer, a base material layer, an adhesive layer, a barrier layer, and a sealant layer in this order, by forming the slip-coating layer with a hardened body of a resin composition containing a thermosetting resin, a hardening accelerator, and a reactive slipping agent, it is possible to harden the slip-coating layer in a short time, and suppress detachment of the slipping agent in the slip-coating layer, thereby causing the slip-coating layer to have an excellent slipping effect. |
