PLATED PRODUCT AS WELL AS ITS PRODUCTION AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain plated products in such a manner that a thin layer metal is made hardly peelable from a material surface by providing the products with a material provided with plural pieces of recesses having a specific size and depth and having anchor parts on the surface and the thin layer metal covering the surface of this material and partly infiltrating the recesses. SOLUTION: The plated products are the products formed by plating the surface of the metallic or nometallic material and the production thereof is executed as follows: The front end of a needle or a drawn wire sized 3 to 95μm is pricked to the surface of the material at an angle of <90 deg. or >=45 deg. with this surface and is then removed. As a result, many pieces of the recesses having the size of openings of 5 to 10μm and depth of 0.2d to d (d: the sizeμm of the openings of the recesses) and having the anchor parts are formed on the surface of the material. The surface inclusive of the recesses of the material is thereafter coated with the thin layer metal. The anchor parts refer to the recesses (a) of the parts intruding to the counter-opening side from the line drawn from the edges of the openings of the recesses perpendicularly to the material surface.
