This fiber structure is provided with a sheet-like structure and a columnar structure. The sheet-like structure comprises a plurality of first fibers that are entangled with each other and first voids that are formed among the plurality of first fibers. The columnar structure comprises a plurality of columnar materials, each of which is formed of a second fiber and is arranged in a first direction, and second voids that are formed among the plurality of columnar materials. A first end of each columnar material is in contact with the sheet-like structure.
