<p>The present invention relates to a device (6) comprising a compression or support bandage (7) with an inner face (7a) and outer face (7b) opposite each other, said bandage (7) being composed of a textile sheet comprising at least one multi-filament yarn, and/or at least one yarn spun from fibres, and, optionally, at least one elastic yarn, said one or more yarns forming loops that open at least on the outer face (7b) of said medical bandage (7). The device (6) advantageously comprises at least one fastening means (9) for holding said medical bandage (7) in place on a limb, comprising a plurality of hooks made of one or more polymer materials and able to cooperate with said loops in order to detachably secure said fastening means (9) at least to the outer face (7b) of said medical bandage (7).</p> |
