<p>Provided are a method for estimating cell characteristics, a device for estimating cell characteristics, and a program capable of suitably estimating the state of cell degradation and estimating the remaining service life of a cell. The device (10) for estimating cell characteristics has a computation unit (2) for estimating characteristics variation, the computation unit (2) comprising: a pattern assessment unit (4) for assessing an interval in which conditions are switched in relation to cell information inputted from a cell state input unit (1); selection unit (5) for selecting a degradation estimation formula of service start conditions from a degradation estimation formula database (6); and the degradation estimation formula database (6) of characteristics variations having a plurality of cell characteristics variations in a chronological form. The computation unit (2) furthermore comprises: a calculation unit (7) for calculating a characteristic value of the interval that begins at the start of service and ends when a switch is made to subsequent conditions, adds a chronological parameter value of the interval of conditions to a converted value converted by a conversion unit (8), and uses this as a variable to compute a characteristic value in said conditions; and the conversion unit (8) for using the final value of the calculation result to convert the chronological parameter by the degradation estimation formula under the subsequent conditions selected from the degradation estimation formula database (6).</p> |
