PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration generator capable of generating distinct vibration which rises sharply.SOLUTION: A vibration generator comprises: a first magnet 1 supported rotatably but not movably in the direction of the rotation axis and having a first opposed surface 1a orthogonal to the rotation axis; a second magnet 2 supported reciprocatably in the direction of the rotation axis but not rotatably, having a second opposed surface 2a opposed to the first opposed surface 1a and having an excitation part 7c for generating vibration in a vibration object, placed on the opposite side of the second opposed surface 2a; and rotary means for rotating the first magnet 1. On the first opposed surface 1a and the second opposed surface 2a, there are formed one or more N poles and one or more S poles at the respective segments divided by a boundary line connecting two points for dividing the outer periphery. The N poles and the S poles formed on the first opposed surface 1a and the second opposed surface 2a are magnetized in the same shape as each other. The rotary means causes the first magnet 1 to rotate, and the excitation part 7c provided in the second magnet 2 generates the vibration in the vibration object by attractive force and repulsive force between the magnets. |
