The present invention relates to a resin composition which comprises a copolymer comprising: (A) 100 parts by weight of a unit derived from a polycyclic aromatic-based monomer comprising a vinyl group; (B) 100 to 600 parts by weight of a unit derived from a styrene-based monomer; (C) 100 to 600 parts by weight of a unit derived from an acid anhydride-based monomer; and (D) 150 to 1000 parts by weight of a unit derived from a (meth)acrylate-based monomer, and relates to an optical film having a reverse wavelength dispersibility comprising same.
